ASAP clients using the integrated payment features need to obtain a merchant account and gateway. ASA can assist you in this matter and can arrange for discounted fees from our preferred vendors. ASAP currently supports most major credit cards, PayPal and Google Checkout. Each client chooses the payment processes they want integrated into their ASAP profile.


ASA Online Class Registration

ASA processes student payments on behalf of certain schools and agencies. Students sign up for classes they plan to take or make other purchases from a school’s web site. When it is time to pay, the student will make final payment by credit card for that class through a secure encrypted web site hosted by ASA. Students see the name ASA Online Class Registration on their credit card statement. If students have any questions about the charges on their card, they should contact the organization where they enrolled in the class or call us at 800-969-2727 for further information. Refund requests should be directed to the organization where the enrollment occurred.
