A simple and easy way for students to register online using the school's website.

Setup:
· Administrators have full control over which fields display during the registration and enrollment process.
· Choose each course/section to be offered with a mouse-click.
· The course selections can be changed whenever necessary; making it easy to remove full classes or add new ones.

Registration:
· Navigation from one screen to another is easy and logical.
· Courses are selected and put into a "shopping cart," similar to other online shopping sites.
· A secure area allows students to enter their credit card information.
· A message tells them that they are not registered until they receive an e-mail confirmation.

Administrator:
· Administrator downloads the student registration information from the web server.
· Transfers each registration/enrollment into ASAP with a single click.
· Processes the student payment.
· Sends an e-mail confirmation to the student with a single click.

Required Microsoft Products:

This system allows teachers to take attendance over the Internet from any computer with a web browser, which gives schools and agencies the ability to collect attendance from remote sites without worrying about network connections. It also cuts down on the effort of printing, bubbling and scanning attendance sheets.

Teachers take attendance, give grades and credits and view their students' information from any computer via the Web. As with the Teacher Attendance module, the attendance staff will still have full control over "releasing" the attendance into the database, and setting limits on retroactive attendance.

Included in Web Attendance will be enhancements to ASAP's TOPSpro interface. Teachers will have the ability to input the TOPSpro Update Record information directly into ASAP via the web. This data can then be transferred to TOPSpro, eliminating the need to distribute, collect and scan forms. The web attendance module will also offer teachers the ability to view test results for students to assist them in managing the TOPSpro testing.
