Other features in ASAP include the following:

Certificates: issue certificates to students for completion, achievement or diplomas. Teachers can request certificates from Web Teacher Attendance. The office is automatically notified the certificate needs to be printed. Once printed, there is a permanent record of what certificate was issue and when it was issued. Certificates can be completely customized and can include information such as class details, signatures, attendance information and skills/competencies earned.


Skills/Competencies: each course/section can have a complete list of skills/competencies the student learns in the class. Great feature for vocational classes or continuing education programs. You can grade a skill or simply note whether the skill was satisfied or not.


Email/Marketing: send out reminder emails to students about upcoming events, future classes, assignments or new programs. Send emails to your staff about upcoming staff development days or new rules and regulations they need to be aware of.
